錄影比賽須知
Video Competition: Pre-competition reminder

(比賽章程以中文版為準) 

(For all the regulations, Chinese version shall prevail)

 

1. 錄影及上載影片注意事項 Points to be noted when videoing and video uploading

 

  • 影片只需包含參賽者的演奏，不用有任何口頭的個人或樂曲簡介。There is no need for any verbal introduction before the performance.  

  • 影片可橫向或直向拍攝，但必須清楚拍攝到參賽者之容貌（側面亦可），琴鍵丶雙手及踏板位置（如需要用踏板）。Video could be shot with vertically or horizontally. In any cases, side faces of performers, hands and pedal should be clearly captured.  

  • 影片的解像度最少應為720p (1280x 720)，最高不可超過1080p (1920x 1080)。Resolution of video should be at least 720p (1280x720), but not bigger than 1080p (1920x1080).  

  • 請確保影片的連結已開啟並可讓比賽大會共用。 Please make sure that the video links are accessible and not restricted.  

  • YouTube 上載/Upload to Youtube

    • 上載⾄ YouTube, 並設為「不公開」, 複製連結，  並將連結貼於報名表格/上載區內。Upload to Youtube and set it as unlisted.  Copy the link and post it on the enrolment form or submitted later via the submission link (will be provided upon enrolment)

  • Google 雲端上載/Upload to Google drive

    • 容量不大於2GB File size should not be bigger than 2GB

  • 上載⾄ Google 雲端，選擇「共⽤」/「管理使用者和連結」—「管理存取權」，並確保將連結設定為「擁有連結的所有人」，複製連結，並將連結貼於報名表格/上載區內/。檔案的格式為MP4丶WMV丶MOV 或MPG。Upload to Google drive, choose “ Share- Manage Access” and set it as  “anyone with the link”. Copy the link and post it on the enrolment form or submitted later via the submission link (will be provided upon enrolment). Format of the video should be MP4丶WMV丶MOV 或 MPG.

2. 賽事一經報名，不得轉讓或取消，若因任何原因而缺席或退出比賽，所有已繳之報名費亦不會發還。Once the enrolment for the competition has been submitted, the enrolment could not be transferred or withdrawn and the application fee will not be refunded.

 

3. 所有賽事若逾期報名，不論任何原因，均不獲接納。Late applications will not be entertained under any circumstances.

4. 報名時請清楚列明參賽者英文全名，賽後的證書將根據報名時輸入的資料來製作；如有任何錯漏，本會不會負責，賽後亦不會代為更改。The Chinese and English names of the competitors should be stated clearly and accurately in the enrolment form. The names will be printed on the competition certificates. Our association will not be responsible for any mistakes in the names provided by the competitors.

 

5. 參賽者須確保所有報名資料如實準確，如參賽資料有誤或不齊全，大會有權取消其參賽資格，並不獲發評語紙及證書。Competitors should ensure that all the information provided is accurate!  If the information is not complete or incorrect, the enrolment may be disqualified and no comment sheet or certificate will be given.

 

6. 參賽者可同時參加多組比賽(不設上限);亦可同時參加實體及錄影比賽。There is no limit for the number of classes joined for each participant. They can also enrol in both live and video competitions.  

 

7. 如某些組別參加人數不足，大會將安排部份組別合併比賽；一切依大會安排，不得異議 Some classes may be combined if there is not enough enrolment in some classes.

 

8. 分齡自選組別以15-12-2023 當日之年齡為準。If there is any age requirement for some classes, 15-12-2023 will be the date where the calculation is based on. 

 

9. 每組賽事只有一個冠軍，但可有超過一名亞軍或季軍。(組別小小鋼琴家初級組 & 小小鋼琴家高級組除外，此組獎項不設上限!) In any class, there will be only one 1st prize but there could be more than one 2nd or 3rd prize. (Except Class LPS-J & LPS-S, in which there is no limit for the number of the awards).

 

10. 參賽者可選擇背譜或使用樂譜來彈奏。Competitors can choose to play from memory or with the score during the competition.

 

11. 於有時間限制演奏的組別中，如參賽者超過演奏的指定時間，評判有權扣分。Marks will be deducted if the performance time exceeds the time limit which is set in some specific classes.

 

12. 所有賽果以評判決定為準，不設上訴。如有任何爭議，大會將保留最終決定權。The competition result is based on final judgement of the adjudicators. No argument or appealing would be accepted.

 

13. 優秀鋼琴導師獎及鋼琴教學作育英才奬:導師的中丶英文姓名必須在報名時清楚填上，報名後絕不接受後補或更改資料。”Elite Piano Teacher Award” and “Pianist Nurturing Excellence Award” will only be given if the teachers’ Chinese & English names are written clearly on the enrolment form. After enrolment, no adding or changes of the teachers’ information is allowed.

 

14. 參賽者必須清楚填寫地, 大會將會以此地址作郵寄通訊之用。 如因地址資料有誤或不齊全，導致郵遞失誤，本會將不會負責。Competitors should write their addresses clearly, as the addresses will be used for the mailing of prizes. We will not be held responsible for any postal lost due to any incorrect or incomplete address provided.

 

15. 海外參賽者須另繳付額外HKD60海外運費（郵寄獎項)。Overseas competitors need to add HKD60 surcharge as overseas delivery charge (for mailing prizes)。

 

16. 參賽者/家長/監護人同意本會使用在比賽中所收集的個人資料作將來宣傳通訊本會的其他活動或比賽之用；並同意本會使用比賽時拍攝之相片及影片作比賽推廣或宣傳之用！如參賽者/家長/監護人不想收到有關本協會的宣傳活動/比賽資料，可以電郵通知本協會 hkipianopedagogy@gmail.com. Competitors /parents/guardians of the competitors who are under 18, agree and allow our association to use their personal information for future communication of other events/competitions arranged by our association. Also, photos or videos taken during the competition may be used for promotion of our competitions in the future!  If the competitor/parent/guardian does not want to receive any promotion messages by our  association, please inform us by email hkipianopedagogy@gmail.com
