香港鋼琴家梁維芝因其「音樂才華、智慧和精湛技巧」而受到讚譽,曾與頂尖音樂家合作並在世界各地的音樂節和舞台上演出。她是葡萄牙國家古典音樂電台 Antena 2 演奏大獎的得主,亦被邀請在康樂及文化事務署主辦的「音樂顯才華」系列中於香港大會堂舉行獨奏會。
她是一位多才多藝的鋼琴家,目前將繁忙的職業表演、教學、比賽評審、考官和錄音結合在一起。她至今發行了三張個人專輯,曲目亦被特選出現在 Apple Music 的 New In Classical 和 Minimalism 播放清單中。梁維芝從年少時已熱愛室內樂,是「鳳凰四重奏」的創始成員之一,這是一個全女性的鋼琴四重奏,為香港室內樂界做出了積極貢獻。她是一位經驗豐富的大師班老師,她的學生經常在比賽中獲獎,而她本人亦是電視和電台節目的常客。
梁維芝自幼開始學習鋼琴,在香港演藝學院跟隨潘翠芬及黄懿倫教授學習。她其後在英國 Wells Cathedral School 專業音樂學校繼續深造,師從 Hilary Coates 女士,隨後獲得倫敦皇家音樂學院獎學金,在卓一龍教授的指導下攻讀音樂學士和 LRAM 鋼琴教學文憑。隨後,她在美國德克薩斯基督教大學跟隨著名鋼琴教育家 Tamás Ungár 博士繼續深造碩士學位。
梁氏擔任英國皇家音樂學院香港校友會主席多年,並於2013年獲頒英國皇家音樂學院院士,以表彰她對音樂界的貢獻。
為了分享她對音樂的知識和熱情,梁維芝發起了「鋼琴說」系列,旨在讓鋼琴演奏的資訊更容易理解和普及。她同樣熱衷於文學和文化研究,並擁有香港大學比較文學系碩士學位。
梁氏先前曾在北京師範大學-香港浸信會大學聯合國際學院擔任音樂系高級講師,教授鋼琴演奏和室內樂。她目前是倫敦聖三一學院的音樂文憑考官和 Karma Sounds 唱片公司旗下的藝術家。
Praised for her ‘musicality, intelligence and technical finesse’, Hong Kong pianist Jacqueline Leung has performed in festivals and concerts across the world and is a laureate of the Antena 2 prize from the national classical music radio station in Portugal. Jacqueline has also been featured as a solo artist in the 'Our Music Talents' series presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong.
A versatile pianist, she currently combines a busy career performing, teaching, adjudicating, examining and recording. She has released three solo albums and her tracks have been featured in Apple Music’s New In Classical and Minimalism playlists. Having been immersed in chamber music since her early teens, Jacqueline is a founding member of the Phoenix Quartet, an all-female piano quartet actively contributing to the chamber music scene in Hong Kong. She is an experienced masterclass teacher and her own students are frequent prize winners at competitions. She also makes regular appearances on radio and TV programmes.
Jacqueline began her piano training at a young age, learning with Chuifun Poon and Prof. Eleanor Wong at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She continued her studies at Wells Cathedral School as a specialist musician under the tutelage of Ms Hilary Coates and later won a scholarship at the Royal Academy of Music in London to purse a BMus and the LRAM piano teaching diploma under the guidance of Prof. Patsy Toh. Jacqueline then furthered her Masters studies with the renowned piano pedagogue Dr. Tamás Ungár at Texas Christian University in the United States.
Served as a long-standing chairperson of the Royal Academy of Music HK Alumni Association, Jacqueline was conferred an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music (ARAM) in 2013 in recognition of her contribution to the musical landscape.
In her efforts to share her knowledge and passion for music, Jacqueline initiated the Piano Talk series, aiming to make aspects of piano performance more accessible. Equally passionate about literature and cultural studies, Jacqueline also holds a Master of Arts degree in Comparative Literature at the University of Hong Kong.
Jacqueline previously taught piano and chamber music as Senior Lecturer at BNU-HKBU United International College in Zhuhai, China. She is currently a music diploma examiner for Trinity College London and a recording artist for Karma Sounds.
