王翹𦑩自幼在香港演藝學院的青年音樂系師從黃懿倫教授，完成音樂學士學位後，她獲頒多項獎學金，前往兩間英國皇家音樂學院RAM及RCM深造，取得音樂碩士學位和兩個研究生文憑，並在此期間師從著名鋼琴家 Vanessa Latarche 和 Nigel Clayton 教授。

王氏多次在本地和國際音樂舞台上亮相，與香港管弦樂團、香港小交響樂團及香港城市室內樂團等的知名音樂家合作。她亦曾擔任香港演藝學院、香港合唱團和香港童聲合唱團的伴奏琴師。

除了舞台演出外，王氏亦是一位熱忱的鋼琴教育家，眾多學生在各大音樂比賽中屢獲佳績，她經常被邀請擔任本港及全國性比賽的評委。此外，她是國際音樂合奏家協會的共同創辦人，曾受邀在 RTHK Radio 4 進行專訪，並以獨奏家身份參與香港管弦樂團的演出。

A native of Hong Kong, Fabiola Wong has studied under Prof. Eleanor Wong since her early days at the Junior Music Department of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. After earning her Bachelor of Music degree, she was awarded several scholarships to pursue a Master of Music degree, along with two postgraduate diplomas from the Royal Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music in London. During her time there, she studied with renowned piano pedagogues, including Prof. Vanessa Latarche, Head of Keyboard at the RCM, and Prof. Nigel Clayton.

As an active and versatile pianist, Fabiola has performed extensively, both locally and internationally, collaborating with notable musicians such as members of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, the Hong Kong Sinfonietta, and the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong. She has also served as an official accompanist for HKAPA, the Hong Kong Chorus, and the Hong Kong Treble Choir.

In addition to her performing career, Fabiola is highly regarded as a distinguished music educator, with many of her students achieving significant successes in national piano competitions. She regularly serves as a juror for local and regional competitions, and she is a co-founder of the International Association of Collaborative Musicians. Her interviews have been featured on RTHK Radio 4, and she has also performed as a soloist with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.
